I dont think they were designed for the MK2, I had someone else ask me the same thing a few days ago.
Check the part No, if it's the same as the one I posted it will fit.

Yeah I ordered one the other day from Dave at Sere motors. He said on the system it says it's for a mk2 Leon so I checked with D.K and the PN I used was the same as the one D.K has.

FOR REAL- I replaced my gear knob with an original LCR knob and I'm nearly sure it cost €50 (about £40). That was just the knob though and it was from my local dealer.

Well the £140 is for the gear knob and gator, I was told that you could not buy them seperatly. It might be different depending on what dealer you use, I'm guessing.

I'v got a leather version of the sport knob on mine but really worn, going to ask the dealer about a carbon one when Im up there this week :D
