Sound system Seat Ibiza 2010

Been looking around for a subs/amps and coaxial speakers etc, not too sure what people recommend as people are 5 Star reviewing then getting 1 stars too. Looking to spend about £250 and will be installing myself. Will need a sub/Amp/Coaxial (dont think my speakers will be good enough) and wires.
Anyone got recommendations?

I only use Hertz, mine are Hertz Hi-Energy HSK 165.2. They seem to occupy most of your budget, but I know they do a cheaper range, which might be worth looking at.

Speakers are very much of a personal thing. What sounds good to me might not sound good to you, and with the Ibiza, you will need some deadening!!

Pointless upgrading if you're using the stock headunit too, its pants.

Spec up what you need and watch ebay like a hawk. Some mega savings on Amps etc... Maybe consider an Active sub and headunit, with stock speakers??

what headunit would you recommend? something not too cheap looking if possible
