Last week I purchased a lovely 2002 Seat Ibiza 1.4 Chill with a full service history upto its current mileage of 103,000. The owner didn't have much of a clue about cars and didn't know whether the cam belt had ever been changed... Looking over the service history (all from the same Seat...
