acurate

Is vag com acurate for speed times?

Ive been playing with my laptop and found the acceleration part in group 5 of measuring blocks in the engine section. It shows 0-60, 60-90, 1/4 mile etc and was wondering if these are an acurate measurement??? Is there anyone that knows about this part of vag com?
