adjustement

Hi My bonnet rattles as I drive, even slowly and its driving me nuts. When I push the bonnet up and down at the front edge there is some play in it, allowing it to rattle. I have adjusted the little rubber 'feet' to their maximum but it doesnt get rid of the play and makes the bonnet stick up...

Does the ibiza have the steering wheel-height adjustement option ? i've read it in the manual , cant find it in my car.. any clue ?
