aquaplaning

Are Mk2 2.0 cars prone to aquaplaning? Answering my own question, I can't think why really, it's quite a heavy lump up front..... Mine is, I'm putting it down to the Michelin Pilot Sport tyres (loads of tread) "Exceptionally safe even in the wet" :-o
