bone or bushes

Engine Mount/Dog Bone/Bushes?????
I've looked at lots of threads and I'm confused. :doh: Can some please explain to me if changing the bushes on the LCR's existing engine mount is sufficient to reduce engine hopping, or do i need a new Mount? Thanking anyone in advance who can help. :cry:- A11 XJA
