Brakelights constantly on? epc?

Hi all, i notice the other day that my ECP Light has just come on and sometimes goes off when the brake pedal is pressed, and now i have noticed that the brake lights are constantly on when the lights are on, normal when the lights are off tho??? any suggestions??
