bumpers or bonnet

Some numpty scuffed my rear bumper right to the plastic and it looks like it need a respray:cry:, what do you think? The scuff is about 3" long. Now both my bumpers and bonnet are covered in scratches and hundreds of little stone chips, and it makes the car look tatty. How difficult...
