drivers or passengers

Hi all, The front drivers and passengers Seat on my Ibiza Cupra are very stiff (impossible to slide when driving!) to slide forwards and backwards, when trying to adjust the seat postioning. Any ideas why? Solutions? I've tried giving them a good clean, lubricating the runners on either...
