dust cap

Hi I recently replaced the dust cap behind the headlight as it never had one and was letting condensation in. But since replacing the cap (OEM) it's still getting condensation any ideas? It's only in one headlight and I tried silicia gel sachets this worked but as soon as I removed them and put...
