flappy

When I pull away in first my gear stick virbrates (flaps) back and forth, gradualy getting stronger as I go up the rev range..... Any ideas?

Went out to the car after work last night, and noticed that my drivers side wing mirror had been knocked forward slightly, so I popped it back and didn't think anything of it..... then when I was on the dual carriageway, I noticed that the mirror had 'moved' in slightly.... wound the window...
