grumbling or rubbing

Hope someone can shed some light on this, I've searched but can't find anything exactly like this problem... I've just had the car (LC) serviced, and also had the wheels swapped front to back. Now since then I have an odd grumbling/rubbing noise coming from the OSF wheel. I'm pretty certain...
