handling or ride

If in the future i wanted to just tweek the handling a touch for road use;) which 1 out of the 2 would be better? 1) Eibach/ H+R springs on standard dampers 2) Front and rear anti-roll bars I know its a different car but i use to track my DC2 Integra on just Eibach springs and...
