My girlfriend recently bought her first car, a 2013 Seat Ibiza ST 1.2 TDI. She got it for cheap, but it's not without its issues. The most directly annoying issue is that the car whistles loudly all the time. I have tried to localise the source of the whistle but it's proving quite difficult...
