irritations

Just had my Y reg Cupra serviced for the 60,000 mile service. Had the cam belt and roller changed as "it's only 30 minutes extra on the labor for swap vs change" and the whole lot cost me.. ....£483.09 inc VAT. Ouch. The irritation really starts when they havn't been able to do the job...
