judders or no

Hi guys, I just got myself a cupra and when you put your foot down further than 3 cm the car struggles to pull away with any good power...If you floor it it pops and judders almost like its being flooded? If i put the throttle down a cm or 2 it pulls like a train and flys and dont understand...
