service now

How do I turn off the warning notification "service now"? I took it for service and the mechanics forgot to turn it off. they told me to put the key , press the button and then turn the key right before the engine starts and that it will go off but nothing. anybody knows something more?

:think: hi everyone, i have a 2002 bamma tdi se, bought a fault code/reset tool, did a full service and also replaced brakes which was a pain in the arse as the suppliers sold me the wrong pads, three times!!!! told them the brakes were for 300mm discs but their book and ignorance knew...
