is this a safe thing to do? personally I would rather stick a rusty nail in a major artery and those of you that do it should be banned from driving

ive seen some nice cars with fat rims on the back and streched tyres??? like in Performance VW they have a Polo with a S3 engine, a Venom motorsports show car and the tyres on that are jus :drool: . i know this sounds newbie but how do they do that? do they jus get say 195 tyres and just...
