team heko

Hi all, I have just bought the Heko wind deflectors for my 5F, I am having trouble with the clips to secure the deflector in place, I am using a flathead screwdriver for this, it feels like it doesn't want to push up, and the clip sticks out a bit (picture shown). Any help would be appreciated.
