unleaded or vpower

Im tempted to change to using super unleaded in my ibiza. Ive heard that it burns better and gives a better fuel economy etc. Im just wondering,once you have changed to super unleaded, do you have to stick to it or can you change back and forward between 'normal' unleaded and super...
