unreadable

Hi, has anyone had their Leon scanned with Vag-Com and its come back with unreadable sections where the modules at fault are. See below at my scanned Cupra R and see the section that has all different symbols/letters etc. Hope somebody can shed some light and stop the cause.... Cheers...
