I've been doubting the point in keeping my LCR recently, as all I seem to do is potter along in traffic to and from work or the city centre these days, so having a car like the LCR seems a bit overkill. I could just as easily - and quickly - do the same in a TDi Lupo or something!
But then...
I've got some suspension work to do on my MK4 TDI and was wondering if the larger ARB is a good upgrade in addition to the Eibach Prodamper kit I'm finally putting on. There is currently play in the ARB bushes so:
My Options:
1. Just replace with OEM bushes
2. Fit the Fabia vRS ARB...
I'd noticed on my 3-year-old Passat that I had been getting intermittent, extra "lag" on booting the throttle -- only a half-second pause before the boost kicks in, but sometimes a little frustrating. :think:
Also, I thought some of the vacuum hoses for the EGR / boost control may not be...
