1.2 tsi problems

Hello everybody! I own a seat toledo with CJZD engine. I changed the timing belt, waterpump, cleaned the valves with wallnuts shell and now, i have the same strange noise as this engine does. Ignore the ticking and concentrate on another noise. Car has no errors. Simptoms? High idle sometimes and car used to consume 0,5l/h at idle, but now, variates from 0,6 to 1l/h Seat toledo 2016.1.2 tsi 110hp. Thanks in advance.
