1.8T AYP Engine Cams

Im just looking for some advice on what cams to go for as i have no clue about them.
My car specs are Ko3 hybrid turbo conversion, I.E rods, uprated fuel pump, Forge intercooler, and custom air intake with custom boost pipes, currently running 290bhp. I am looking for cams as i want to free the engine up instead of putting more boost through the turbo. I have read into water meth injection and will be fitting that at a later date.
Any advice on cams for that power and the gains would be great.

To be honest mate, changing the camshafts is normally not required till your sporting a big turbo set-up.

Have a look on IE's website and they have dyno's for the different versions, the drop in intake is for turbo's in the range of 300-500hp so you may see a little extra....the gains are exponetial with the size (bhp) turbo fitted, the bigger the turbo the bigger the increase in hp.
