1.9TDi 150 Exhaust rear silencer

Hi,

My Mk1 has been sitting for a couple of years after it failed the MOT and have got round to doing all the jobs needed on it.

I have taken off the straight pipe that was on it and want to put a more OEM exhaust back on it but finding it a bit difficult to find one in stock anywhere on the web.

Anyone have a picture of what they have that came with the car, and point me to somewhere I can buy one?

I've already gone further with this restoration than I planned but trying to keep to buying parts that are decent, not just cheapo.

I’ve got a Miltek turbo back on mine - much better than standard and not too loud under the right foot

The tail pipes are slightly bigger diameter which also fills the rear bumper nicely

same (but cat back), gives it a fuller sound without being loud

Tbh, the petrol and diesel Cupras (not including the R) use the same exhaust from the cat back so whatever you fancy

I'd be surprised if the OEM one wasn't discontinued (and it was £100 more than a Milltek or Cobra anyway).
