12 inch screen

Hi everybody, need some help guys.
I have a 10 inch screen and I found a 12 inch one but the hardware of the control and display unit is H42 and mine is H45, will it be a problem? Another thing, it is sold without the stand, is mine compatible?

Hi, I found some screens but I was told to be careful because some are stolen and will not turn on, I did not want to venture before finding a reliable one.
