12v error

My partner has a 2021 Cupra Leon VZ2 245PS which has come up with several 12v errors this winter.
The dealer had the car in for a service 10 days ago and said the battery was low, probably because the car isn't driven a lot and in the winter you tend to use the heated seats and steering wheel. They charged the battery up manually while it was there.
Since then the car was taken out for two good drives (40+ miles) then not driven for 4 days due to illness. Today the 12v error has returned.
Has anyone else experienced this issue ?

Yep sounds exactly like what I had. They replaced my battery under warranty

Had the same issue, twice. The first time they charged the battery and said that it was fine. One week later I was stranded again, and when they gave me the car back they said there was a cable connector that somehow got disconnected. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
