yes mate i thought the links did not work there should be one showing rear caliper as well i must have missed it .the pedal covers are from mk7 golf purchased off the german ebay site a lot cheaper than in uk hopefully he told me he can get the dead pedal rest in about june

Did you pop the wheels off to paint the calipers or was there enough access through the spokes?
The wheel nuts look spotless or are they caps?

as just mentioned i removed each wheel and masked off the parts i did not want to paint i did 1 wheel 1st coat then removed other wheel masked off first coat then went back to first wheel and gave second coat then repeated on each caliper started at 8-30 am finished about 2-30 pm i also put a coat off smooth hammerite where the discs are prone to rust and the nuts have black plastic caps

pedal covers

hi you have to take the original covers off brake and clutch the vw ones just push over the pedals after original covers are removed this were quite easy 5 min job but the acc pedal was a pig i dropped it in hot water in the end and half eased it on then ran screwdriver along the side bit by bit until it covered the pedal job done

Hi

Looks great mate might go for red callipers as well. When the weather gets better.i went for the titanium pack so can't see as much disc and calliper as yr alloys but I it will still look good.

Would it be rude to ask where you got the parts and how much you paid put?

:) no problem asking, i will gladly tell you :
The pedal caps i bought from ebay.de for 60euros, the footrest i got from my local vw dealer for 25euros. The pedal caps and footrest are the original parts for the golf mk7 gti and the new audi S3.

The metal from the key is also a golf mk7 original part and it is about 11-12euros. It is a quick assembly.
If you like i can search for the codes for each part and tell you.

For the footrest assembly you have to remove the bonnet handle opener and then remove the plastic that surrounds it. After that the footrest comes out by pulling, as it is held only in clips.
