I have ordered my TDI sport which I am really looking forward to getting, unfortunately my expected delivery date is mid Feb and it was suggested to me that I leave it until March so I can pick up the 06 plate.

It looks like I will be doing a fair bit of walking over the next couple of months as I have just sold my old car...

Roll on March 1st!

I walked into the showroom convinced I was going for either the black or the grey but in the showroom they had a Leon in Lluvia Blue and I loved it!

Ghost - congrats!

The wait will kill you, but the dealer should let you know how your car is progressing which helps......I think!

Paradyne, these Lluvia blue cars are as common as muck eh!

@Ghost... No... you aren't allowed Lluvia Blue, thats my colour and I thought I had exclusive rights on it ;)

..it is gorgeous though!

2 Weeks!!! OK Who did you have to sleep with! :D

Im thinking of ordering Emocion Red, but concerned about it sticking out like a sore thumb!!

Nice choice congratulations, worth waiting till March for sure.

Just to point out, all good and well people saying wait for the FR, its supposed to be debuting in Europe in March, but i doubt UK dealers will stock it immediately at that point, you could be looking at well into the summer before you can physically pick one up.

For example, the Altea FR was launched before Christmas in Europe, have you seen any down the local UK dealer yet or a UK price list. ;)

I had the same concern as both my previous Leons were Platinum Grey, but I decided to go for the red and I have to say that it's definitely the best colour IMO. The colour makes the deeper tinted rear windows look almost black.

You'll get use to the colour anyway after a few weeks - I did.

Hi Drew,

I just bought an altea in red for the wife. Looks cools. ;)

PS I hope you didnt give your money to Arnolds. Livingstones all the way thats what i say :p

My Leon is platinum

Yep, got the car from Livingstones. Got my previous Leons there too, I've had nothing but great service from them :) :) :) which is more then can be said for AC.

My car is in, I have the new registration details and the insurance is sorted...I pick it up at 10am on the 1st March :)

I think the Blue or the Black colours look the best. Red makes it look Cheap and Tacky. The Silver not too sure about it. I think the Blue would be the better of them all.

Zenith grey, thats the way forward. In the middle of Black and Silver. IMHO the best colour by far.:funk:
