ABF issue

Hi guys,

I have a mk2 Ibiza Gti engine, ABF, which i am putting into a mk2 golf.

I was just wondering if all of these engines were transponder/imoblised or not, and if so is it jus a matter of getting a non transponder ECU and loom?
