Right two things I need some help with,

Firstly I was out driving last night, coming to a stop at some traffic lights when they started to change (was still rolling slightly in 1st ) so I put my foot down and the car did nothing, just stayed at 1k rpm, then after a second or so it kinda kicked back in, then all was fine for a few hours then happened again as I turned a corner on the way home and went to accelerate away (in 2nd) it just stuck for a second then rev'd. Anyone got any ideas? I did a search and could only find threads about hesitation through the rev range.... If it makes any difference I changed my dv spring for a yellow one on Thursday

And also recently my girlfriend has been complaining about the smell of Unburnt fuel inside the cabin, although I can't smell it that much I might just be used to it, don't know if this is related or not..

Any ideas on what could be causing these would be brilliant!

Cheers
Dan

I don't think it's misfiring, but I will change the plugs etc anyway... Probably due..

Yeah I shall do thanks :) would that possibly explain the fuel smell aswell? Not igniting properly?

If it's hesitating and smelling of fuel I don't believe the coils are to blame. My first call would be to check all PCV pipework for splits or holes. Check double check and check again. Any split will cause running issues as well as the smell you describing inside the cabin.

Right okay... What's the PCV pipework? Probably a stupid question but I'd rather be sure :) quite an intermittent thing though :/

Think I found the issue... One of the pipes from my catch can had come off... Gonna hose clip it on now and see what it's like :)

Yeah I hope so haha, I realised what the pcv was and went to have a look and was like ahh... Maybe that's the problem, catch can is mounted to the battery cover... Must have popped off when I removed it to dis battery... Thanks for the help
