Right guys since av been having problems with limp mode and fault code 17963 thought id try and free up the actuator with WD40. So took of the TIP and tested the actuator for leaks by blowing threw the pipe coming off n75 valve. Put my fingers behind where the rod joins the chamber of the actuator and could feel air leaking out. Would this mean i need to replace the whole actuator or is there some kit or seal that can be changed? What would you guys recommend me doing

Thanks

It could be a faulty n75 valve or a possible vacuum leak.

If you are certain it's the Actuator then by all means change it, go for the Forge upgrade.

Thanks for the only reply mo lol Iv already had my n75 valve changed so i dont reckon its that. 2 things that am aware of:

1. actuator has a leak
2. lambda sensor not working, keep getting fault code b1s1 open circuit

Am aslo getting a lot of surging in 4th gear, overboosts to about 22 psi drops down to about 10-12 and back up to 15-16 holding.

If i do get the actuator changed its going to be the forge one for sure. First am thinking of doing the n249 bybass and then take it from there probably sorting out the o2 sensor next.
