Adding a Second User Profile

Apologies if this is covered elsewhere, but I couldn't find anything definitive when I searched.

I want to add my wife a secondary user to my Formentor and the CUPRA Connect APP. The manual isn't exactly helpful on this and, as a number of posts on here are regarding issues with Primary and Guest Users, I want to be sure I follow the correct process. Is there a definitive Step Step guide as to how to do this?

So, I've either asked a very stupid question and no one wants to answer, or There isn't a definitive process . Any help would be appretiated.

It doesn't work properly for me with just a primary user, so maybe others have had similar issues and never bothered? I've resorted to deleting the primary user and just using guest because the system kept hanging when I got in and it tried to load the primary profile - then it would end up selecting the guest profile anyway, meaning I'd have to then manually switch back to primary. In the end I set guest up as I wanted and just deal with the fact that the wife might change the radio station now and again. :/
