My Ibiza Cupra had another coil pack failure this morning. Perfect time as well, 5:30am as I was trying to leave for work, cold as heck!

After wasting a whole day Perrys of Aylesbury replaced all the remaining faulty coil packs :D Well done to Perrys :)

The list of faults with my car is as long as my arm; have had it towed to dealers 4 times now, wonder what the record is?

Shame the Leon Cupra R isn't readily available, might be tempted, that or get a different make altogether!

Can't say iv had mine towed.... Yet! But the list of problems is becoming endless :(

Had my engine fans replaced, on my 3rd coil pack failure right now, my boot has jam'd, iv had to replace 3 door handles after snapping, electric window buttons replaced and a passanger window jam :(

had my engine fans replaced, on my 3rd coil pack failure right now (one goes it tends to weaken the rest), my boot has jam'd, iv had to replace 3 door handles after snapping (buy the metal replacements not the standard plastic), electric window buttons replaced (did you try cleaning the internals of the switches as shown here) and a passanger window jam :(

Cheers for this one m8. I have replaced one handle with a metal but didn't fit 100% therefore didn't want to put one in driver side... Do you have somewhere to purchase a good one? The button was beyond cleaning m8... was just screwed and to find one in scrap etc. was murder all not the right one... Finally after 2 orders from parts got it for not bad price. Love my Cupra MK3 and took me ages to get it but now becoming hassle to maintain!!!!

Should add tho this is all over 5 years so all in all prob not as bad as some others!!!!!!
