In addition to the Ibiza Tdi sport i now have a 54 plate Bammer with 80k on the clock. All well and good but its done 80k hard London traffic miles and has needed a few things i didn't intend on spending out on off the bat.

So far i have replaced the coolant temperature sender, cleaned 7mm of carbon out of the EGR valve and turned down the EGR in Vagcom, fixed the headlight washers, carbon wrapped the peeling rear handles, had the central locking fob fixed by a guy on Ebay and i have booked it in on Tuesday for a Valeo single mass conversion. The clutch needed to be done desperately because it sounds like the DMF and thrust bearings are about to self destruct although it drives well. All the codes have been cleared and staying cleared at present with the exception of the auxiliary heater which needs a glow plug which i have. The only thing left to do then is fix the passenger window, again i have the kit.

There is more wrong with it than i anticipated but i will soon have it all sorted :)

Here she is, sorry about the quality of the pictures!

Well, that's the clutch finally replaced with a Valeo single mass conversion so no more worries about that knocking flywheel self destructing. New carpet mats arrived and fitted, ordered canbus led sidelights and Osram Nightbreaker Unlimited bulbs for dipped beam, i just need to find time to fit them all.

I'm ordering faster than i can fit at the moment as i still have to service Eberspacher and fit a new glow pin, fix the dodgy passenger electric window with the rebuild kit and carbon cover the front door handles. Hopefully when all that lot is done i can forget it for a little while :)

Looks nice in red.!
Already (just) done the coolant temp sensor.
Never bothered with the rear heater glow plug in 4 years :-/ although it needs changing.
Also have a problem with drivers side rear window on passenger door, but suspect that is a broken wire, as was temperamental before it stopped altogether.
