Battery - EFB or AGM?

My car has an EFB but car sites etc all seem to think it should be AGM.

I'm not the first owner of the car - got it at 3 yrs old - but I'm a bit doubtful it would already have been changed (can't be sure though).

I gather EFM & AGM need somewhat different charging. Is the charging system (on my 2014 Cupra 280 2.0 TFSI) OK with an EFB or is it going to do harm (I guess, slowly)?

Wow! Thanks - I'd no idea there even might be a setting.

Anyone know what voltage the car (i.e. the alternator) should be after a decent drive as you motor along? (So, no longer needing to charge the battery.)

Mine seems to be 14.4 at the socket between the seats which is more than I expected.
