i saw it done on youtube to a golfR looked awsome!!

id like to know where to get the kit from too

I've done it. Works 90-95% of the time.

I've done it on my golf. Works great when the outside temp is 10degrees plus but when it's cold it doesn't work.

You can get the bits from TPS for about £60.

Hardly worked and made the boot harder to shut, took it off in the end

Rarely works on mine, unless car is angled on the road so the boot is down and bonnet up.

Those who have it working, how many clicks out are your poppers?

Mine are out about 6-7 I think. Will check tomorrow.

Indeed it does but you have to give it wellie or you it does push out an inch or so...

My opinion now I've had it for a month or two is I've only really needed it once, it sounds like the door is shaking off the frame when it reaches the top and you can barely close it with one hand... But it does work every time...
