Born making a clunk from front when starting ac charge - normal?

Hi folks, took delivery of my new Born last week - 59kW v2 in aurora blue.

very different to my previous Leon SC 184 tdi.

all good until last night as the charge failed with an error- it’s an Ohme epod.

I played around with it this morning, and when starting the charge the car makes a loud clunk from the front when the charge is started/stopped.

I don’t think this is normal?

my wife has a mini electric and on testing same cable no issue and usual relay style clicks.

wondered what other folks experienced before hitting the “it’s got a fault” button.

I’ve not tried dc charging at all yet, that’d be next step tomorrow.

I hope it’s. Normal as a fault after 2 ac charges doesn’t fill me with confidence.
