Hello SCN - It's been a while. :) Hope everyone is well.

Was a regular on here for a while and then career, family and owning other cars happened. Been looking for a second car and picked up a '12 MK2 Leon FR 1.4 TSI - ticks a lot of boxes and it's a return to a brand close to my heart. Previous SEAT's include '09 MK2 Leon FR CR170, Altea SE Copa 1.6 CR TDI DSG, MK4 Ibiza Sport TDI 130, MK2 Toledo 1.9 TDI 110 and a MK2 Ibiza Estillo some 14 years ago!

Glad to be back, I noticed my new Leon doesn't have the FR logo within the instrument cluster or an FR styled gear knob like my previous FL model did. Going to do some digging and see what else changed.

Welcome back! Always good to see the number of MK2s on the forums growing! You got any plans for your new FR?

Welcome back to the fold, looks like an impressive catalogue of SEATs you've had there.

Any plans for this one going forward?

I always thought they had the FR in the instrument cluster and on the gear stick even my pre FL had that I think... I could well be wrong... It's been known on a few occasions lol

Zero plans at the moment other than a clay, polish and wax shortly after I pick it up.

And that SCN sticker too, for the extra 20bhp. ;)
What kit you using for the big clean?

That sticker is currently up for debate if it gives you that extra 20bhp haha

The car has very clean and no major swirling on the bodywork so after claying I'll polish with SRP and protect with some Collinite 476. I've got a DA and some M105 & M205 for any fine marks I may have missed. My buddy has some gloss black wrap and will wrap the front for me - came up great on my last one.
