Hello,
I have a 2007 Cupra with the std head unit (DC, MP3 etc) and the steering wheel mounted controls. I also have factory fit bluetooth.
Now today I've gone and smacked my disclok steering wheel lock into the display and cracked it. It's barely readable now. Firstly, yes I'm a clumsy idiot.

So, what are my options ? It would appear that a new replacement headunit is a bit pricey (£400 to £600) and also that a double din facia is available. Is there a way for me to replace the head unit with a double din and still keep all the capability I have now (MP3, CD, bluetooth phone through steering wheel and volume controls on wheel)
Why do I feel I'm going to be skint by the end of the week ?
Thanks in advance for any advice of better still, actual experience swappjng out the HU
