BTCC kit jacking point cover removal

How do you remove the jacking point covers on the BTCC body kit?

Can't seem to find it online and it's not mentioned anywhere in the handbook.
For something that supposedly gets stolen or falls off frequently mine seem to be stuck in there pretty well.

Hand inside that area and pull outwards works pretty well. If that doesn't work, look to see if it's been screwed/glued or something.

yeah as fishy guy says pull from bottom under car up towards door & should come out unless its screwed /silicone'do in
