Bumper repair??

Hi all, need some help regarding damaged bumper. How would you go about repairing a 10cm crack to the under side? Can it be done myself, if not how much to repair?

Next question: anyone know approx cost of a front bumper respray? Oh and does anyone know anyone good in Glasgow? That does not cost the earth.

look on ebay, i think i saw a cupra style bumper in black for sale! would save u a lot of hassel
