bxe engine

have a 56 plate 1.9tdi toledo, bxe engine, is this engine likely to blow up,or is it a later model of this engine, just need some feed back cheers.

1.9 tdi engines dont go wrong really
2.0 tdi suffer from oil pump etc

The BXE engine is very suspect, along with the BLS, they are the least reliable of the 1.9TDIs

But don't take my word for it, do your own research as I did.

There's plenty of evidence about if you look for it. ......but Seat deny responsibility.

none of my customers have had any problems with the bxe 1.9 tdi apart from a crank sensor
