Capacitive buttons issue

The sunroof and lights do not always work, not sure when it happens or what fixes it, here are 2 videos from different days, does anyone else have similar issues?

Happens from time to time, none of the buttons work, cannot open or close the sunroof or the shade.

Had the lights not working, don’t have a sun roof. This was in conjunction with the sos issue, feel 2 partially related. Head unit had to be replaced.

I’ve got a write up on my issues somewhere on the forum, under the formentor area I believe

Has the panel replaced 3 times, still was having issues

Today I went to the dealer, they ordered a new panel, will see if it changes anything when replaced. They think it is an electrical issue.
