Car hesitant up through the gears

Has anyone else experienced this problem I'm having? My car is lacking power up through the gears, When I put the car into 3rd gear back off to 2000rpm roughly then excelerate the turbo kicks in and the car pulls well but then holds back around 4000-5000rpm then goes again etc (hesitates), the car has a full cobra exhaust system, front mount intercooler, stage2 Revo map, I have got all boost pipe checked, changed the MAF, lamba sensor, oxygen sensor, plugs, coil packs and even put a new turbo on but it is still hesitant, the car has never had a fault code showing which makes finding the problem more difficult, the car sometimes seems to go ok so it doesn't hesitate every time, any1 Know why this might be, it's has only been like this the past 6 months and it's so frustrating cause before it pulled like a train, thanks in advance

Blocked fuel filter, cam position sensor, N75 Valve, could be a few things

Fuel filter was changed mate sorry I forgot 2 say that, so could be cam position sensor or N75 value then thanks for your help, hope I get 2 the bottom of this soon

Try the N75 Valve I'd try that first, if you can't get a hold of one let me no as I have used genuine parts in great condition, I'd just need the letter on the end of the number on the Valve
