Help!

Got home today and went to start the car 2 mins after letting it cool down for a bit and i had nothing, it would just turn on the starter and then stop.would't fire.

After have in search i've checked all boost pipes, fuses and all connecters there all fine.

The engine seemed pretty warm but all water temps were fine.

Plugs were changed 3k ago oil 1k ago coils are all new.

Not go any warning lights up noting i'm lost?? it did turn over a little in the petty station but started after a while but no not a thing.

Could it be the fuel pump??

Has any one every had this problem???

Could be fuel or igntion related, possible cam/ crank sensor. Best to get diagnostic machine on it mate otherwise u r goin to be throwing parts at it. But usually if fuel pump it would gradually get worse and worse not straight away. Sorry cant help!!

Maybe MAF or throttle postion sensor. I should think it would thrown a code up.

Long shot but a new coolant temp sensor might help if it wasn't starting from warm, getting the wrong readings and all that jazz.

After spending all morning going back and fourth to seat i'e finally got the correct fitting.

Engine coolent sensor replaced ans she is ok again it was about £30 though!

What i did to get it going again without the new sensor was to take it out and give it a clean with a brillow pad and that seemed to do the job for a while but i'd rather get it replaced.

Cheers Guys!
