Charging cable not working? (PE error flashing)

Hello,
Today I tried to charge my Cupra Leon, but after I plugged the original SEAT charging cable to my home socket, the protection device had its self-check and then the red/error LED came up on the device, while the home/power supply/top LED was blinking. (From top to bottom, as you see the protection device, the first LED was blinking and the last was steadily on)
Since these were on and flashing, the vehicle could not be charged. Also, as I saw from the back of the Protection Device, this type of signal, means that there is a live PE error or a PE break or faulty AC Voltagge supply. I tried plugging the cable to another socket, but same error comes up.
Has anyone experienced something like this? If yes, what was it at last?

Any suggestions on this?
Hi, I am located in Portugal. First time I tried to charge my new Seat Leon ST PHEV in the garage using the charger provided by Seat also had this problem. I suspected it was the lack of a good earth connection (PE) and after replacing the earth cable the problem was solved. I suggest you have the PE tested by an electrician.

And don't mess with these PE protections. They can save your life if the car develops a fault...
