clutch slipping :(

ok iv had my mk3 tdi sport remaped for around 5 months now and was
very happy the i was not geting clutch slip...

but now its starting to slip

what would be the best performance clutch to suit my car?
its the 110bhp sport well was before the remap lol

and what sort of cost will this be,were is best place to get one.

any help will be very appreciated !

Get a Sachs clutch - your looking at over £700 to supply & fit though, hence why mine isnt done yet

There is no cheap way around this I have found so far !!

or just get a uprated clutch plate changed £200 and 220 fitting. allards motor sport easily be adequete

I'm still looking for a cheaper alternative, but nothing has cropped up yet

As redcupratdi said you can just fit an uprated drive disc which you might get away with on just a remapped car. Whatever you do you are looking at a labour bill of about £200 to get your clutch out and back in as its quite a big job.

if really want to replace it, you'll have to spend some bucks for it.. a couple of weeks ago, I had to replace my Volkswagen pressure plate with a new one, I had a couple of bucks out of my pocket, but its ok, for my ride is working fine..
