Just curious to know if the Leon cupra r can take take g13 coolant?

I'm looking at the triple xq stuff but unsure weather to go for the red 12+ or g13

Any help is appreciated

Volkswagen G13 coolant is a longlife coolant; replace every 3 - 5 years. It can be mixed with all coolants meeting the G12++ (VW TL 774 G) specification. Volkswagen G13 coolant is a more environmentally friendly coolant than the earlier VW coolants as it has a glycerin base rather than glycol. G13 is also known as TL 774 J coolant / antifreeze.
